We live in a condo and there was a fire in the unit above us causing the sprinkler system to go off. This caused major water damage to our unit since we are directly under the unit that had the fire. We were living in a concrete jungle. Due to some issues with insurance and our property mgmt, we were not able to get our floors done for just over 3months. It was a very trying time but the team at Floors Direct North swooped in and saved the day! They helped us every step of the way, explaining how the process works. Simply put, they were an absolute dream to work with. I cannot express enough just how awesome the whole team is! From the coordination to the picking of the new flooring to the installation and finally the clean up. This is our first time having to do this so we are newbies to this whole process. We may have asked some dumb questions but the team never made us feel bad. They were so patient and kind. I am so grateful to everyone who helped us out during this difficult time.
