David is completely incompetent and in knowledgeable when it comes to building construction. He did not even know how a basic sump pump worked. David is very thorough, which only masks his understanding of how to remedy very basic problems that come with home ownership. He gave numerous recommendations that were not how you properly rectify the problems. Which would have in turn cost thousands more than required. I had two more experience licensed contractors review his report and both said it showed just how little he knew but tried to make it seem like he did. If your an agent or a buyer, save your money and get a home inspector that understands basic building construction.
