Very disappointing. Jonathan came to spray our Ash trees in the summer of 2013 guaranteeing the work for 2 years. After one of our large Ash trees continued to show damage from the EAB, after just 1 year, I eventually got him on the phone, and asked him to come back and spray, which he agreed to do. I never could get him on the phone again, or get him to come to the house to even look at the trees. Will not use him again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We used these guys for our move from Ottawa to Toronto. We had to store stuff in storage for 7 weeks. To say the experience was unpleasant would be an understatement. We were quoted very low - but not the lowest of the companies I investigated. I should have known what my house contents weighed - do your homework people. They did not have the right size truck for our house - and I had to make haphazard arrangements to store stuff for a week - as that was the best they could do. Had to cancel a flight, rent a car and drive some stuff down to Toronto. When they delivered our stuff - there was damage to couches, tables, chairs - over $5000 worth. We documented everything - they offered $130 ! We went through our insurance company - to cover the damage - as opposed to taking them to small claims court. Best thing I can say - do not use this company.
