We've lived in our duplex for just over two years and never had the furnace inspected or cleaned. We hired Keith based on reviews and family members who have used him in the past. Keith was responsive and thorough, from our first inquiries to making an appointment, we knew exactly what the procedure would be before he even arrived. He was prompt (even early) and found various issues with our furnace that companies in the past did not catch or failed to repair. He did his best to do any repairs necessary prior to cleaning our ducts. He worked quickly and walked us through the furnace inspection so we knew exactly what was going on in our home. Keith is an honest guy, does his best to remedy the issues that he can, and you can tell he is passionate about what he does. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone I know in the future.
