I recently used Safe Homes Barrie to perform the home inspection on a property in Midhurst, Ontario that I was considering purchasing. I have used home inspectors before but Andrew FAR EXCEEDED any inspection I have previously had. He was thorough in all aspects of the inspection and took the time to explain what was required to make fixes or improvements to any minor defect that he identified or what it would cost to remedy. I would absolutely recommend Safe Homes Barrie if you want a thorough home inspection
