I am so glad I found Saco Construction to kick start my basement project. They provided Dricore subfloor installation and framing. Karol, from Saco, was quick to respond to my initial enquiry about pricing and timeline and communicated promptly with me throughout the process. He exhibited a level of true professionalism from start to finish. A written contract was drawn up that outlined the scope of the work and payment schedule. He followed my design plan very closely, asked questions and provided recommendations along the way. Karol worked efficiently, kept a clean and tidy worksite and completed the job in days not weeks. My neighbour came over to view his work and has since contracted Karol to do his basement. I am very pleased and would highly recommend Saco Construction if you want to build a solid framework for your basement project.
