I needed new shingles to do my roof. I herd about the great customer service, but have not dealt with them in the past. They went out of there way for me and my husband to the point where the mgr actually marked down some of the product we purchased. I would definately recommend them to anyone who is purchasing roofing supplies.

I ordered my sliding window in March of this year which was said to be done in 5 weeks. By July it still was done, so i called the Head Office in the states and they got the ball rolling but they sent an amateur who obviously didn't know what he was doing and made a mess. After a few phone calls they sent another installer who tried to fix the mess. He then left and i have never herd from company again. I would not recommend this company, very unorganized and bad quality workmanship.
