Joe in St. Albert

Reliance installed my new furnace on September 27th, but were unable to complete it. They lacked a chimney insert as required by code, had cut and left open holes in our ceiling to vent the furnace, and installed the very basic thermostat they told me was necessary. They promised to return "next week " to remedy the deficiencies. We're now six weeks later, and nothing from Reliance. In response to my repeated requests, nothing!! I'd like the chimney insert installed to meet code, the holes in the ceiling covered as they are ugly, and my Nest thermostat reinstalled. Their basic unit is little more than an "on/off" switch.
