Our front portico and rooftop dormer were showing wear and tear with sections of rotting wood due to the harsh winters, rain, and UV rays over the years. A neighbor recommended Cosmopolitan Construction as they just completed work on their portico, that looked impressive. Aiad visited a few days later and talked us through options. He told us that a good carpenter can replace the rotting wood, do repairs and paint, if we didn't want to go with the Cosmo, who specializes in repairing the wood, sealing, then applying stucco and decorative trim. We hired Cosmo for both the portico and dormer renovation. It took 3 days to complete the project. The stucco features blend perfectly with our home's all brick exterior. Aiad and his crew were very professional, friendly, and patient throughout the project, while ensuring the surrounding area was kept clean. We are very impressed with the craftsmanship and how wonderful the portico and dormer lookswe are very happy with how wonderful the home looks from the street with the renovated portico and dormer.
