Cole was the primary installation person with an obvious perfect demeaner, knowledge and skill to complete the retrofit. Cole laid out the retrofit plan and answered all relevant questions. Cole was assisted by Tyler on day 1 and Jack on day 2 both performed admirably. The work went as planned, with the addition of a section of wainscotting that was needed when a section of old tile came off a wall section. Super communication from Cole from the minute he arrived to the moment he departed. Cole and team always cleaned up after each day. We are very pleased at the end results and would highly recommend Bath Fitter.
