When we moved we transferred our service from our old place to our new. AAA kept charging us for the old house, and refused to refund the amount double charged. We'll be switching companies once our contract is up.

What could this company do to improve their services?
AAA could look at the big picture regarding customer retention in issues of double billing. Very poor customer service.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
Price out other companies, check references, check BBB.
