Nightmare of an experience with this company. I wish I had seen all the terrible reviews they got on BBB before I made the mistake of getting their service. They sent a technician (whose qualifications I now doubt) to "diagnosis and fix" my still-functioning washer and did neither of those things. Instead, I ended up with a completely broken washer that wouldn't even turn on, no answers or follow up from them, and a bill of over a hundred dollars (they didn't even bother to apply the discount they promised to give before I proceeded to engage their service). Just go read up the reviews on BBB and you could see that they seem to be quite "experienced" in doing things like this. Seriously, you'd be dodging a bullet for not using them.
