The father and son team were very accommodating - they were organized and had many sample with them - different colours, textures etc. From the privacy needs of the bedroom to the best choices for the kitchen to get the best bang for your buck. I was looking for someone to assist us in a few different projects in our basement. We received quotes as high as $22,000.00 and as low as $5,000.00 Americo was a very upfront, sincere individual - who could accommodate our time schedule. We hired Americo Ricci to add/change a few things in a partially finished basement. They moved a 2 pc bathroom that was very small and located under a staircase, the bathroom was enlarged and a shower unit was added. We also had them create a new bedroom and storage cabinets in our laundry room plus they created a beautiful ceramic floor of what was once an ugly unleveled concrete floor. Americo and his crew were very professional, on-time and budget. It was a pleasure NOT having to clean-up after the guys. I have utilized Americo's services on other projects and have highly recommended him to friends, who were very pleased with the outcome of their projects.

We dealt with each room and area separately understanding the usage of the window and its covering. We spent hours looking over all the options we were never pressured to make a decision right away. We were very impressed with the knowledge both Robert and his son had of their products. (Wear and tear, durability, ease of cleaning etc.) They were gracious and returned about a year later do deal with shifting issues in the window frames.
