Over the hood microwave repair. After the first 2 weeks they said "oh we have to order the parts first". Then when the called to set up the appointment they called at 9:45 PM both times. When the service man came over he he did not take his shoes off, broke a plate on the sink, cut his hand and smeared blood on the backsplash, and did not even attempt to wipe it after I offerred him a bandaid. Fianlly jammed his hand through the alum. vent while trying to place the unit back on the wall bracket and was surprised that I was requesting a replacement at his cost??? His response was that it was only a filter and still functions as one. At the end the unit was still not mounted on the 2 brackets correctly even though it appears that it will not go anywhere. Maybe I should have kicked a dent in his vehicle door, I told him that I was sure it would still start! Complete butchers with no repect!
