The movers were very slow, paid hourly, and did not follow instructions. One mover was in the truck on the phone alot of the time. It took all three of them to dismantle a queen bed frame. They left items I specifically asked to be moved behind. When at the new address, they began to unload and were advised by their management to stop until the job was paid before completion. They literally sat in the truck for an hour. I had to pay more money and was not refunded. My daughter even bought them pizza and drinks, and I provided bottled water all day. This should be illegal. Had to pay before they would complete the job. ASR Moving makes an already hard time worse. Not worth the money or horrible experience. Very rude management.
