I contacted Valley View based on on-line reviews. I booked an appointment on-line and received a follow up call to confirm and provide further details. This process was very efficient. Steve, the owner, came and initially did an quick diagnosis and evaluation, after which he provided options regarding repair or replacement. We decided on the repair and he replaced the pulleys and belt, as well as vacuuming the accumulated lint. He also recommended replacing the vent hose and having the vent professionally cleaned. Steve was very professional and pleasant. He was very upfront regarding the condition of both the dryer and the washer. The pricing was very reasonable and there were no hidden costs. We were also provided with an update regarding arrival time. I would highly recommend this company.
