I was given John's name and number from our insurance broker after we called due to a water leak in our basement. John responded immediately with a call and then a visit. He explained what he felt the leak source was (foundation wall leak) and explained the process. He gave an idea of what the cost would be so that we could decide to claim insurance or not. He worked with the insurance company, he is well known and respected by them, and everything was handled without a hitch. John and his crew came in and removed damaged items (floors, etc.), moved other items and stored them in a pod, cleaned, disinfected and used blowers and scrubbers to dry out the areas. He then gave me 3 company names to call to assess and quote on repairing the foundation leak. (not covered by insurance). After we had the repairs completed, John and his team returned to repair and replace the damaged items (floor, etc.) and then returned our items to their appropriate place. If you have a leak and need assistance, don't hesitate to call John. He was professional, helpful and took his time to help us understand what to do as we had never had a leak before. John & his team were very careful when handling our things and made sure to respect other areas of the house by using mats to protect stairs and areas walked through. I would hire John again in a minute. He helped remove the stress of an unexpected and upsetting situation. THANK YOU!!!
