Hardwood flooring & stair refinishing
AVOID the Stouffville location of ideal Flooring. What an awful experience. Will never deal with them again and hope to save others the headache. The flooring they put down was fine, but the job they did on our staircase is terrible. They left holes in our walls, didn't varnish the entire handrail and left huge gaps between the brand new pickets and the stair. They even did damage to our home. They never put down drop clothes to protect our existing flooring so there is now glue on my hardwood,. They also got glue on my front door and wood stain on the bricks in our entry way. When we brought our issues to the manager Robin he was very disrespectful. Save yourself the stress and have your work done by someone else.
A good experience right from the initial phone call. When I was getting quotes they explained the process in an easy to understand manner. When the guys showed up to do the work. they were very polite. They even went out of their way to make sure my cats stayed in the house. Overall a great experience. Would gladly deal with them again.
