An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We were looking for a good home inspector and found some amazing reviews about Cleaview. We decided to go with them and were beyond satisfied! Like the reviews below, our inspector Tom took a look at everything! He even climbed up our super high house to get to the roof. Throughout the visit, he provided sound, detailed advice and pointed issues out to us. He also accommodated to our multi-tasking of getting to know neighbours, taking pictures, getting renovation quotes etc. He ran us through all his work at the end and provided notes for future reference.
