The technician was punctual, polite and knowledgeable. Booking the appointment was easy. The bill went right on to my gas bill, which was convenient. They will remind me next year that I need service which is great as I often forget about the furnace.
Jeff did a full gut reno on our kitchen, which being 130 yrs old was no small task. Jeff and his team (Kris) were prompt and followed a strict schedule. Our kitchen was gutted and completed in the exact time frame Jeff proposed. Issues such as water damage, insulation and poor wiring were addressed with efficiency. The cost came in at the initial quote, so we weren't hit with any big bill surprises at the end. Thanks to the professionalism of all involved, the whole experience was quite painless considering the scope of the work performed. Jeff was easy to contact on off hours. At the end of each day, the team left the job site immaculate, with no debris or tools laying around. We look forward to enjoying our new kitchen!
