They are very knowledgeable, well organized, clean, polite and prompt. Chris was willing to come out a few times to solidify the terms of the project. Even though the start date was months out he kept checking in confirming he had not forgotten us, seeing if we had questions and making sure we were making progress picking fixtures. Once started, the stages of the project moved along seamlessly with each specialist ready to go for their part. They seem sincere when they make recommendations because they also tell you straight up when they dont think you need to do something. This was a great group of guys who went out of their way to be thoughtful. I enjoyed hearing them occasionally sing as they worked. It is worth mentioning that the billing structure was easy to follow and fair. We are very happy with the final product and will happily use them again and recommend them to others.
