I called Superior Appliance Repair yesterday. Alex was here between the quoted time of 10a-noon (actually 10:10am!). Very professional, extremely courteous and knew his products. Over the phone they was very easy to work with and while on property had no problem answering a lot of questions. I'm really good at asking questions, often to the annoyance of the person I'm asking them of but, he was great! He fixed the problem very quickly. I highly recommend this company. Thoroughly professional and friendly.
