Ottawa, summer 2023. AC stopped working just days before my vacation. I get Anthony from Furnace Factory Direct phone number from my son. Call them with plan to replace 22 years old furnace and AC. He showed up next day (not to mention that I call them after hours) as we scheduled. We set up a contract with installation day upon my return from vacation. Anthony offered to look in to AC what I agreed. But the rain started poring from nowhere. He was committed so I followed them with umbrella and hold the umbrella until he replaced a capacitor on AC. 10 minutes later AC was up and running. Very impressive. The day we scheduled a replacement his crew showed up on exact time. I was surprised how organized they were. They put a runner from entrance to furnace, replaced it including outdoor unit, coil, new lines even drain line from furnace. Cleaned up as nothing happened. No trace there was a major work. Impressive. But more impressive was that all work including test run of heating up the house to 25 degree C and colling down to 20 degree C with all the work done just under 5 hours.
