Lisa and Mike at Purisoft provided an amazing experience for us. They were very professional and kind and helped us understand what we do and don't need as first time home buyers in Cambridge. Mike is very knowledgeable and took his time to explain the entire process, and walked us through the installation and maintenance of our water softener. He ensured we knew what we were getting and were comfortable with our choices. What stood out the most to us is that he wasn't pushy or just trying to make a sale; their prices are also reasonable compared to other companies we inquired with.
