It was my very first time of using Mike the Plumber 4 U to replace my Delta shower faucet cartridge. I was trying to do it myself, but the cartridge was very stubbornly stuck after a long time of wiggling. So I finally caved in to call for help. I was so lucky to have Fullerton for the service call. He came in within the promised time slot. He was so knowledgeable and helpful to replace the cartridge on the spot. He even made sure he had done the cleanup in the work area before he left. No surprises on the charge for the work. I will call them again if there is a need for plumbing work in the future.
