We had an issue with our Dryer. We called the technician who booked the date to come. Came and in about 5-10 minutes he left after looking at our dryer without opening our dryer to check. and then asked us to order parts which turned out to be not the parts needed. Booked again for anothert schedule to fix it while we are waiting for the parts then came the parts and tried to fixed it after a day, again the dryer isn't working again. Booked another schedule which has kept me takin a day off from work just to wait for the technician. Now came 3 of them ibcluding the Manager and finally was able to fied it again, after the Manager disassembled the dryer to replace the broken part. That was May of this year. Last Thursday, the Dryer just stopped working again. I booked for a technician and of course, I have to pay first a$157.66 before they can send a technician who came today to fixed it. He informed us that it was the belt which they were the only ones who touched it when they tried to fix it the last time which has loosened. He said that after 3 months from the day they fixed it and breaks down again, then we have to pay for the labour again coz' I asked if it's not the same part and they don't have to replace another part, why do I have to pay? And it was just last May of this year and not even 3 months past ( though it started 2nd week of April but due to wrong parts being ordered by the technician it went far until May coz' the technician said it's the belt that I already paid but actually not but another part which again I have to pay ) Considering that it wasn't the issue, but they have to touch it when they fixed the previous issue, that means they did not tighten it properly when they put it back so I shouldn't be paying for labour this time. I called the office and was telling the Receptionist about this she told me, she needs to wait for the Technician to send a report first. I told her if she can just make a note about it and she said, she doesn't understand what I am saying, and this is because she is not listening but keeps telling me " the technician hasn't made a report yet" and didn't mind to listen to what I am saying. When I told her because she isn't listening, she said because I spoke too fast, and so I spoke slowly and told her to at least make a note about it and give it to their manager. She said," No, I cannot give it to my Manager, I can only write it down on your file. I m hoping that the Manager reads everybody's file after each service done by their technician. This is so frustrating and disappointing! I will try to look for another Appliance Services and will try not to deal with Platinum in the future.
