The moving crew arrived at my house on time and loaded my belongings with care and attention to detail and finished in the estimated time as per the quote. Because of a delay in moving into my apartment, my stuff had to be stored in the truck for 3 days. Shaun at the office went above and beyond and showed his empathy to my situation by charging me only one day of storage. The same crew arrived at the apartment building and were faced with one small elevator with no service option. They were undaunted and even took apart my furniture in order to fit it in the elevator. It was reassembled once in my apartment. The crew worked non stop for 4 hours because of the elevator issue with courtesy and professionalism. My belongings were unloaded with the same care as they were loaded. No damage at all.
