No response to date to my letter of April 22nd, several telephone conversations and still no response. No bills arrived and I believed the service was CANCELLED. A Collections Agency sent a letter wanting payment for a service I believed was cancelled. I have tried to be patient with this situation but I am completely frustrated and will be absolutely sure to share my terrible experience with ALL my friends and family about the lack of respect for their customers this company has.
