This company uses subcontractors which we were not aware of when we hired them. If you don't want subs doing your roof you should get it in writing, as once work is handed to a 3rd party, quality control is lost. Their subcontractor crew did not follow the manufacturers installation guidelines for hip roofs when it comes to the leak barrier. I have shortened my review to the basics of our main complaint and I am moving on despite their lack of acknowledgement of what went wrong and their refusal to make it right until we pressed them. Please remember no matter who you hire; Get everything in writing, know the basics and be present during installation.

Our sales manager does not hide the fact our company employs sub contractors. We employ in house and partners. The issues with this project were not caused by hiring subcontractors. All of our teams are GAF "Master Elite" trained and certified. This is exemplified by our "President's Club"award win.
Everything was and is always in writing. All of our customers are provided with contracts which are signed. Our team did resolve all the clients concerns weather we agreed or not. Our team was responsive and acted quickly.
This complaint was resolved and the client paid in full. It was ended very peacefully and to the satisfaction of all those involved.
