Bought whole house package at a cost of approximately $30000 and after10 years the seals have gone on many of them. As I have noticed from other reviews Chris was obliging at first and then completely ignore emails voice messages from me. Of course the warranty was for ten years!!! Spoke with the person who answered the phone this morning who was also unsympathetic and frankly quite rude. Will contact another window company for advice.
