Thank you for this excellent review. It brings up the topic of untrustworthy contractors. It makes me mad to know there are people out there who lie and mislead homeowners about the condition of their roof. These sharks continue claiming new roofs are required and they justify these deceptive actions by saying that it is their opinion and they are entitled to have it, and there is nothing we can do about it.
