Terracon was hired by my parent's neighbour to replace fence. I did not want to use this company because of bad reviews, but went ahead to appease neighbour. They left all the dirt dug out from the post install, and even though they were paid to remove and dispose of old fence, they left it hidden behind the house. I did not see it until after I had paid them in full. It's been a full month of Joe ignoring my calls, emails, and text messages. Although he says he'll remove it, it hasn't' happened and doubt it will. Joe is unprofessional, unethical, and not to be trusted. DO NOT PAY UNTIL 100% of the job is complete, cause he's not coming back and he won't respond. Lastly, the job itself was poor workmanship by amateurs, and didn't even install a privacy gate as contracted and paid for. STAY AWAY FROM TERRACON AND JOE!!
