Very impressed with Tom and all of CVHI. Tom was at our house when he said he would be (he was actually early). He took the time to explain everything he was looking at and doing in an easy to understand way. He helped us to prioritize what needed to be fixed now and what could wait. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tom to anyone asking about home inspection services.
