About an hour ago I had a technician come to service and fix a clicking sound on the igniter of my range stove. This is my first experience working with this company and so far, the booking and process has seemed very positive. Within a half an hour of investigating he let me know the problem was resolved by soldering a wire. He demonstrated it and it seemed fixed. I gladly paid $280 dollars and he said if in year or so if it happens again I will need to replace the part. After they left, I tried to use the stove and the same exact problem happened so I called and spoke with customer service thinking they would send the technician back to properly fix the problem. She did not offer any solutions other than that is how the program works. Now as a customer I feel like that was a complete waste of money. What did I just spend money on? I can not help but feel I have been had here. I asked to speak with a manager to which the CSR responded that an email will be there in two minutes. That email never happened. This place should not be in business.
