This company is not honest to you! They came in and rubbed my fridge with some magnet and said check it tomorrow if not you need a compressor! You did no true diagnostic on my fridge!

No trades person takes your money before starting work. You get a bill after the work has been done because no knows how long a repair is going to take!

Beware and never call these people!

The guy hat Mandeep, took advance of CAD 400 for the dishwasher repair - said the drain pipe needs replacement. Promised will be fixed in 3-5 business days but now they say it may take couple of weeks. Spoke to Harpreet, Emmy, Hasina, and couple of others. They are not giving the refund so that I can get the work work done from somewhere else.

Dryer broke down needed a technician to diagnose the problem they quoted me 290++ for a new control panel which didn't seem like the issue. Paid them to pretty much get out of my house and glad I did as it was the heating element and not what they told me it was. They barely spoke a word of English as well. Never again.

Without even looking at our freezer the service man gave us a price of $333 paid in advance for the labour, saying that any parts required would be extra. We foolishly paid it. He took the back panel of the freezer off and melted the ice with a steamer for twenty minutes. He then announced that we needed a new thermostat for the freezer which he had to order that would be an additional $385. I asked him twice to show me the thermostat and each time he pointed to a different devise. He left after I told him that I didn't trust him. I checked the price of freezer thermostats at Amazon. The average price is around 20 bucks. I also suspect that he was expelled from the charm school he attended

I'd like to share an experience I had with a certain company. I had a scheduled appointment with them at noon yesterday, which they confirmed at 6 oclock the previous evening. However, on the day of the appointment, they called me to reschedule, which didn't fit into my schedule. I was willing to reschedule, but they insisted on charging me a cancellation fee because it was being done on the same day. It's important to note that they were the ones who initiated the change to the schedule, not me. I was prepared to reschedule and have the technician come out, and I was willing to pay for the service. Despite this, they still insisted on charging me $80 plus tax for the same-day change. There was no mention of any charges for cancellation or rescheduling fees during my previous conversations with them. I advise others to steer clear of this company, as their business practices and customer service are subpar.

called about getting a repair on an LG stove with the common F-09 sensor issue. they said they needed a part and would come back. i asked to ensure they used genuine LG parts with a full warranty and was told 100 percent. the guy came back with an amazon 3rd party part and proceeded to charge 800 dollars. now 6 months later, the same part has died and they refuse to do anything unless we pay again. this is despicable and i want people to know this company should not be trusted. do not give them your hard earned money. lame!!

Tech said he could fix my washer for $332 after a 10 min diagnosis, I agreed to pay that. After another 10 mins working on it Tech called me up and said good news and bad news. I fixed your machine but you need a vibrating sensor which will cost $500 and if that wasn't replaced it would eventually break my machine where it wouldn't work.. He assured me it was fixed and could be used until I bought a new machine as long as it was within a couple weeks. Tech left I tried to use my washer and it wouldn't work at all the tech actually made my machine worse than when he initially arrived. Asked PayPal to step to help me get a refund as the Manager at Appliance Repair Team was rude and hung up on me. PayPal refused to help. DO NOT CONTACT THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOT TELL YOU THE TRUTH I WISH I READ THESE REVIEWS FIRST. THEY ARE REASONS WHY PEOPLE DON'T TRUST COMPANIES.

I called to have my Bosch dishwasher fixed because of a water tap error Technician comes and then charges over 900 for parts and labour. At the end of the second visit tells me I may need to replace the water line. The dishwasher immediately stops after he leaves and they wont come back as the issue is one with Plumbing. Avoid them at all costs.

I will note they did fix a door hinge that was broken but I didnt call them originally to fix that. A dishwasher that doesnt wash with a good door is still useless.

I wish I had read reviews first .... what a rip off...to be there for only 45 min and problem may or may not be fixed was getting a leak error and all they did was reset the computer to clear the error ---did not check the "drain pump" to see if anything was caught in it, just said a new one would be over $600.

These people are absolute losers and are professional money takers (can't say the actual s word). Google the various CTV and other news articles on these guys.

They have no intention of actually fixing your appliances and in most cases will actually damage it to try and get more money out of you.

They come in same day with a $80 day charge and then demand $280 to even look at your machine. after doing their "fake diagnostic" they will charge you $500 for some bogus part, come back to "fix it" and then your machine will be in worse shape than before.

When you call back they will just give you the run around until you give up.

They spend 10s of thousands on advertising. It's honestly sickening with all the negative reviews and media exposure they are still somehow able to operate.
