Our sewer line backed up through our floor drain in the basement. We called EP&D after being referred to them by a friend. They sent out Jake and his apprentice Nathaniel early the next afternoon. They arrived on time and quickly got to work. Jake was quick to diagnose the problem and fixed the issue. Jake was great to deal with. Very pleasant to speak to. We appreciated that he took the time to explain what had happened, why it happened and also took the time to show the condition of our main sewer line from the street all the way back to the clean out with his camera (thankfully it was in good condition which was a great relief as we live in an older neighbourhood with clay sewer lines) Thank you Jake and Nathaniel for making this initially highly negative experience into a positive one.
