Mike was fast and effective. He was honest and quickly fixed the issues. Our issues were smaller, plumbing in a toilet and sink mechanisms that needed replacing, however we could just never find the time to fix them.

Very responsive. They're the first people I called. I felt the price was premium. I then realized that their price was within the usual range of other providers. At the end the job was not done with them mainly because I turned off due to the price, but they seem professional and they seem to have a protocol of how they get things done. I would consider them again.

The owner, apprentice, and plumber were all real nice guys and professional. They were prompt and showed up when they said they would on each of the days. They worked efficiently and we all worked as a team together to get all the various jobs done (water lines, vents, drains to various appliances and sink). They did great quality work and most importantly were all great quality people and would highly recommend EPD. Thank you!

We were extremely impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of Jake from Expert Plumbing and Drains. When he arrived he immediately removed his shoes (which I insisted he didnt need to do) and went to work. He explained everything that he was doing, unplugged the drain and then did multiple tests to ensure it was clear. We really appreciated how quick the process was and how friendly and thorough Jake was.

Jake and his Apprentice showed up on time, they were neat courteous and professional.

We had a new faucet provided (by Expert Plumbing as I didn't have time to shop) and installed.
2 toilets were leaking and needed new seals.
