I love JCR - this is the 3rd time JCR has saved my butt: - replaced my furnace with courtesy, patience and professionalism as I was learning how to take over the responsibilities of home repairs etc from my very ill husband - replaced a cracked water heater within 24 hours when it was flooding my basement - replaced my AC during a busy (and hot) time of year in a timely manner with their usual professional, efficient, courteous style It is so very nice to have a company one can rely on at times of stress Thank you, JCR
