I love JCR - this is the 3rd time JCR has saved my butt:
- replaced my furnace with courtesy, patience and professionalism as I was learning how to take over the responsibilities of home repairs etc from my very ill husband
- replaced a cracked water heater within 24 hours when it was flooding my basement
- replaced my AC during a busy (and hot) time of year in a timely manner with their usual professional, efficient, courteous style

A/C was not working during a recent heat wave. Called for service and was given an appointment the next business day. Kiril showed up, was able to diagnose the issue right away and repair the problem. He also did a thorough furnace inspection on the same visit, which reassured us that the equipment is still working well. Very pleased with this technician and his ability and willingness to communicate and explain his findings.

Under contract a technician came in to service my furnace. Never had a problem in the past. Technician never turned on our furnace, was only in our basement for around 15 minutes, but after I complained I received an email with all the readings he supposedly took from my furnace. Asked for a call from the owner but nothing so far. Ive always had perfect service for the past 10 years but I feel as if we have been fooled this time.

They came to inspect the leak and recharge AC in my house. The job was very usual with respect to finding a leak. It was fixed only by finger-tightening a valve near the evaporator coil. Then, the refrigerant was injected and the job was completed in two hours.
For technician, I was charged $145 per hour. It is almost three times more than regular mechanical technician fee posted in entire North America. They refused to provide any price analysis by saying that we never do that because we are private company. Be patient, when you are seeking for fair professionals!

I was looking for a repair for my leaking split level air conditioner. One firm asked for $99 to just come and look at the problem but JC Robinson gave me some trouble shooting advice for $0 and it worked!!! Cant tell you enough how refreshing it is to speak with honest professionals. Thank you

Emergency call waiting time 3/30 hours which was expectable because I was told up to five .
More was the service personal helpful best workman I have had since using your company..
In and out replaced the part in less then an hour ..
Would use him any time again..

The service guy (Mo) who came to service my furnace today provided top-notch client service! He was thorough, and gave easy to understand explanations of what I needed to know and be aware of. He was a wonderful ambassador fro the company!

Excellent service, very prompt. Mike came out talk to us from his house after his work time once I told him that we have no heat and was cold outside. Furnace was installed the next day, very professionally. Site cleaned up by two member team who were very courteous. Moe came out next day to fine tune system.

Had multiple issues with furnace electrics. JC Robinson was very prompt at working through the issues and getting us back in service. Best of all the $4000 in parts and labour was covered by our maintenance agreement.

I had been using this company for a number of years and had a service contract with them. When I requested that they come and inspect my heating and air conditioning, they refused to come since it was done already 11 months ago, and were so appallingly rude to me over the phone, I have switched to another company. I have never been talked to like that before in my life by a company providing service, both the female employee and her supervisor.
