Had Kore here to hookup our existing irrigation system to city water line Aug 2021. It was a dry year so we were not surprised by the higher water metered costs for the rest of 2021 or the hot period of 2022 but when we got a ridiculous bill for the Fall/winter of 2022 we knew we had a leak. Kore finally showed up this week, looked at the leaking connection . Their technician said it was due to faulty workmanship on the work they did and needs a plumber to fix it but KORE does not have a certified plumber on staff. So we are stuck with a high water bill plus repairs to their mess and finding a plumber
