Toilet Leak - Too Expensive to Fix
The Service Call Rep and the Service Technician were absolutely amazing and compassionate with my circumstance as I experienced water damage. Excellent communication and fantastic people! The only issue is how much it would have cost me to have a new washer and valve. Parts are less than $100 but Labour is $500!!! This review won't allow me to deselect that I paid for it. Can you imagine over $600 for this work! I can't afford that! The Service Technician made sure I would not have further water damage before he left. Really appreciated this. Now I can't use my toilet though
