The installers were nice and friendly. Cleaned up like they weren't even there. Professional. The sales person Barry was very knowledgeable and professional. The windows we ordered are 3 pane. Installed with the wrong hardware so the windows slide down and squeal. Some locks you can't lock or open and are set too close to the glass and scrape the glass opening and closing. The insulation is coming out of the window. The siding is chipped around the door. Still waiting for this to be rectified. We have not heard from the company on how this will be handled. The sales rep assures us things will be handled.
