Window cleaning job for a woman of 94 years done on schedule date May 4th. Screen was not replaced in bedroom. Contacted them and had to wait for someone to come put screen in. One guy came and tried but was not able to do it. He stood the screen in front of the closed window and left. I called back and an appointment was scheduled for May 27 then covid struck down the person who was to come and put screen In properly. I was then contacted and informed May 29 or 30. Well I put the screen in myself today.
