These guys are great. I moved to Toronto from Brooklyn and drove my stuff up myself, but wanted to get someone else to move it in for me. I horribly underestimated how much time it was going to take me to drive, and had an appointment to meet the guys at my apartment at 4pm. At 3:30 I was somewhere out in Buffalo on the turnpike and knew there was no way I was going to be in Toronto at 4pm so I called the company and told them what was up. The movers had another appointment at 6pm, so I panicked a little before mentioning that I couldn't bring all of my stuff anyway so it probably wouldn't take that long to unload. I would not have blamed them for leaving because I finally showed up at 5:45pm!!! and they stuck around!!!! I couldn't believe it. They managed to speak to the next appointment who was cool with a slight delay, but luckily it didn't take them very long to move my stuff into the apartment and I think they made it to their next job pretty much on time. The person I spoke to on the phone wasn't even going to charge me for the entire appointment, even though I'm sure I am their nightmare type of client. They moved all of my stuff quickly and efficiently without damaging anything. So if/when I plan my next move, I will definitely be calling them again.
