Charles responded immediately to my service request and we scheduled a call. I then asked if it was possible to make it the next day as my wife was hosting her book club. Charles texted in the morning and said he could slot me in. He got the fireplace working and looking good as new. He was efficient, professional, and great to talk to. Charles also taught me how to maintain the fireplace going forward. Terrific guy, terrific service!
