Elkin of Kingdom roofing answered my text to repair a few shingles after the rain storm in March. He came the next day to do the repair for only $250, he replaced a few extra shingles we didnt even know about. I asked for his opinion on the condition of the shingles, knowing the previous owner had put on a lesser quality shingles and it had been 15 years. Elkin took time to showed me the shingles were brittle and snapping but also, the previous roof did not have a sublayer protecting between the shingles and the roofing plywood. He quoted to replace the roof with a 25 year quality product, with added sublayer (included back shed at no extra cost). Upon agreeing to the complete roofing job, he waived the initial cost of the shingle repair work. Kingdom Roofing has an excellent team of hardworking professionals. They didnt even stop for a lunch break until the majority of the work was completed. Diligent, they lay down tarps around the house to protect from shingles coming off and clean up as they go.
