Michael did an amazing job. He was in the 3,250 sq. ft. home we planned to buy for a few hours. He really took him time with every aspect of the home. I followed him around during the inspection and he explained all the details to me, made recommendations, and gave advice. He also gave cost estimates for work that needed to be done. Likewise, he was personable, professional and polite. A family member familiar with inspection work told us it was the most thorough report he had ever seen. He encouraged us to contact him with any further concerns, and the report was not only timely but extremely complete. He has equipped us with the best knowledge to make an informed decision on our new home, and we would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for a home inspection. We were so happy with his service, and will certainly be calling him for any services needed in the future.
