Shendon was excellent, as was his crew. Superb service, courtesy and efficiency. The backstory is a drain backup in the basement, in a 100-year-old house with pipes either made of clay or tissue paper. We called. They came immediately. Clear, credible diagnosis of the problem. Contract signed, they came to do the work the next day. Minimal disruption in our basement, which is as crowded as Aladdin's cave - but with items that are worth considerably less. Also kept disruption to a minimum on our shared driveway. 3 days later: everything done, the basement cleaned up and drainage that will far outlast us. Highly recommend
