A new roof is not a fun purchase to shop around for but Taylor Roofing Inc made our decision easy. We looked at six different companies and although Taylor Roofing wasn't the lowest price, they offered what we felt was the best quality product and perhaps more importantly the highest integrity installation that enabled a robust warranty. Both the owner and the manager are not only very knowledgeable in their industry but also exceptionally polite and incredibly responsive - they are genuinely nice people willing to answer any and all questions. Even the on-site employees were amazingly polite and friendly! They completed the job exactly as they said they would. They worked hard and efficiently and did a great job cleaning up. The roof itself looks great. We have zero regrets hiring Taylor Roofing. In fact, the experience was so smooth and easy that we have been recommending them to others in the area shopping for a new roof.
