Movers didnt pack our stuff properly because of lack of supplies and we received the goods damaged. We even had the extended warranty. They lost our $1500 vacuum , damaged our mattress and book shelf and offered compensation of $11 Stay away from this moving company

We are sorry to hear that you had less than an excellent experience. As was discussed in your communication with our Quality Control department, the compensation for any damage is calculated based on the weight of the item, not its value. It is indicated in our Claims Policy and in our Terms & Conditions which are part of your contract. The contract also indicates the condition of the items at the time of pick up.
The Extended Coverage also carries a $300 deductible, which is also indicated in the Terms & Conditions. We are trying to resolve this efficiently and fairly to everyone involved, so please feel free to reach out to us, so we can try to assist you.
